Christmas Gifts - Bath*Body*Spa - One of My Alter Ego Interests ;)

If you're still looking for something affordable to give loved ones for Christmas, consider a lotion bar, tube of shea body butter or bath salts from Jordan Essentials. (If you remember Country Bunny Bath and Body, some of the products are the same.) There are many great products, but those are just a few that are sure to be a hit. And, they make an affordable gift.

You can look at the products here:

Order by phone or online by December 14th to have items delivered by Christmas. Call 1-877-662-8669. You will be placing an order through Rep ID number 10522. Deborah Hord.

There is a ‘grab bag’ special going on right now, too. With any purchase, you can also buy a ‘grab bag’ for $12. The value of the items is guaranteed to be $15 or more. I just called and asked about it. I have no idea what’s in the bags, but they said some have a value of $20. A couple of years ago, I bought grab bags and they had salt scrubs and shower gels. I’ve not yet purchased the bags this time, so I can’t offer any clues.

You can order online through the web page or by calling the customer service number. Be sure to place your order by December 14th in order to receive the items in time for Christmas.

Subject: date correction - in an odd little poem (not really a poem!)
Body: I just called again
(being a bit obsessive about this)
to ask the same question to another person.
I understood them to say
the orders must be in by December 14th
to be a guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
The person I just spoke with on THIS phone call
said the orders need to be SHIPPED by Dec 14th
to be guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
So, if you’re interested,
check it out right now
and call them
(or, just order online tonight
When you call,
ask if they’ll be able
to ship the order by December 14th,
so they can guarantee delivery by Christmas.

Giving Thanks

Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day, a national holiday in the USA.

People who live in other countries do not share this holiday. And, many who live in the USA do not spend Thanksgiving Day consciously giving thanks. I’d like to invite each of you to make today your day for giving thanks for all that is good in your life.

It is so easy for us to see bad things happening all around us, both personally and globally. I would like to invite you to join with me in taking a moment to notice all that is good.

I also want to invite you to join with me in consciously choosing to live with gratitude while continuing to work to make our personal lives, our communities, our countries and our planet safer, healthier and more peaceful for us all.

Yesterday, I was with some of my family for this holiday for the first time in years. This is one thing for which I am grateful.

Prince Charming is Dead

This morning, I returned home ready to sleep after working all night. All of my furry family greeted me except for one beloved kitty, Prince Charming.

I could not find him last night before I left for work. This morning, I stood on the deck and called for him.

He always comes home when I call. When he did not come, I walked out into the yard and saw his body lying in the rain.

There was no indication of what caused his death. I took comfort in the fact that he died in his own yard. He was lying near a spot where he used to sit and watch the dogs play. There were no signs of trauma.

Honeybees Vanishing

This makes my honeybee-loving-heart sad. Honeybees are essential to our survivial. We need honeybees to pollinate plants that grow the food we eat.

We already kill them with pesticides. They are attacked by other species, too (ex- veroa mites). Now,it looks like we, in addition to possibly giving ourselves brain tumors, are killing honeybees with our cell phones.

Sarah Gilbert, of , says, "U.S. beekeepers claim 60% of West Coast populations and 70% of East Coast bees have vanished." This is bad, very bad.
